How to pay for your lessons

Lesson Payment Policy

To secure lesson bookings and ensure continuity of instruction, all students are required to remain two lessons in credit at all times. This means:

At the time of booking, payment must be made for two lessons in advance.

After the first lesson has been completed, you will be expected to pay for another lesson, keeping you two lessons in credit moving forward.

This rolling credit system ensures that you always have two prepaid lessons on your account.

Failure to maintain this credit may result in cancellation or suspension of future lessons until payment is brought up to date.

It is a good idea to set a calendar reminder on your device to ensure you dont forget.  If a lesson is not paid for, it will NOT go ahead.  Missed lessons due to no payment could result in you loosing your slot.

Payment information

It isn't currently possible to top up your account directly via the TotalDrive App.  You can top up your account by sending the amount via bank transfer to the instructor account.  In order to ensure the lesson goes ahead, it is important to make sure the account is topped up at least 48hrs before your next lesson. The details are as follows:

1 x first lesson, + the rate of your next lesson, as agreed by your instructor is the total to be sent before first lesson, then after each lesson a payment of your agreed rate.

Once you have completed this, please send a message via the TotalDrive App, or text, to your instructor.  Your instructor will confirm, update your account, and message back.  The app will show your lessons booked and how much credit is on the account.  

Credit will be deducted once a lesson has taken place, or lesson cancelled within the 48hr period. 

REFUND POLICY

The refund policy is quite simple, your credit is untouched, until a lesson is delivered or cancelled within the 48 hour period.  You can request a refund at any time and will be paid back to your account on supply of your bank details. Subject to entitlement as per standard T&C.
